Help: Logging on to FormDepot

You’ve completed the sign-on process and now you’re ready to begin using FormDepot.ca! It’s really quite easy. Looking for forms? Click on ‘search insurance forms’.

If you begin using the search function immediately after loggin in, your log-in status may read ‘no.’ Click on your internet browser’s “reload” or“refresh page” option and the log-in status should change to ‘yes’. You MUST be logged in to enjoy all the functions on FormDepot.ca.

A second window will appear on your screen giving you an option to search for specific forms from specific carriers, or specific types of forms from all carriers you’re licenced with. (assuming activation complete)
