Help: Logging on to FormDepot

The first time advisors sign on to www.formdepot.ca, you will be greeted by the FormDepot log-in screen

The advisor MUST select the ‘Agent’ button, then enter the supplied user name and password. Click ‘log-in’. By clicking on ‘log-in’ instead of hitting the ‘enter’ button on the keyboard, the advisors’ Windows Operating system should show a message similar to the one shown below.
